Brian Whitaker joined USAT in 2018 after spending more than 20 years with Consolidated, a Coca-Cola bottling company in North Carolina. He started his profession with the company as an on-premises route salesman working as the director of merchandising.
He truly understands the business from each side, which makes him invaluable to coworkers and clients alike. As Senior Director of Enterprise Operations, Mr. Whitaker appreciates how important information is to an operator, especially within an age. Throughout the pandemic, he has helped many USAT customers adapt and modify efficiently.
